ZN50 is a premium zinc-based tool joint compound designed for drill collars, tool joints, and rotary-shouldered connections operating under extreme pressure and torque. Formulated with fine metallic zinc and a high-temperature petroleum base, it provides exceptional anti-galling, sealing, and corrosion resistance across a wide range of drilling conditions.

Built for hard formations, deep drilling, directional wells, and high-torque operations, ZN50 meets or exceeds API RP 5A3 / ISO 13678 and IADC Tool Pusher’s Manual specifications. The unique composition eliminates plating and zinc buildup while maintaining consistent friction performance under load.
