The PRO® BarrierTech Provek Seam Sealed Coveralls are premium single-use protective coveralls designed for workers operating in high-risk environments where protection from hazardous particles, liquid chemicals and biological contaminants is essential. Constructed from 60gsm microporous film laminated PPSB fabric with fully taped seam construction, these coveralls provide an exceptional barrier against hazardous dusts, asbestos, silica, infectious agents and limited liquid chemical sprays while remaining breathable to help reduce heat stress during extended wear. Their lightweight yet durable design makes them ideal for demanding industries including petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, construction, chemical handling and industrial maintenance.

Designed with wearer comfort in mind, the BarrierTech Provek Coveralls feature an ergonomic 3-panel hood that fits comfortably over respirators and safety goggles, along with elasticated wrists, ankles, waist and hood to minimise contamination entry. A durable two-way front zipper with protective storm flap allows easy donning and removal while maintaining a secure protective seal. The optimised body fit reduces stress on seams during bending, kneeling and crawling, helping prevent seam failure while improving comfort and mobility. The breathable fabric is air and water vapour permeable, reducing the risk of heat stress without compromising protection, while the silicone-free construction makes the coveralls suitable for contamination-sensitive environments.

Certified as Category III Personal Protective Equipment, the PRO® BarrierTech Provek Coveralls meet Type 4, Type 5 and Type 6 protective clothing standards, providing protection against spray-tight liquid chemicals, hazardous airborne particles and limited chemical splashes. They also comply with EN 14126 for biological hazards and infective agents, EN 1149-5 for anti-static performance, EN 1073-2 for particulate radioactive contamination and DIN 32781 for pesticide protection.
