The GRIPPS® Single-Arm Tool Hitch is a versatile drop-prevention solution designed to securely fasten both open and closed handled tools. Featuring a simple choking mechanism, it creates a strong, load-rated connection point suitable for a wide range of power tools.

For closed tools, the hitch loops through itself to form a secure choke. For open-handled tools, the single arm is stabilised using V-Gripp Tape to prevent movement up or down the handle, while maintaining safe access to the trigger. This design makes it particularly well suited to power tools with triggers on the handle, such as drills and saws.

Constructed from tactical-grade nylon and fitted with a durable D-ring, the Single-Arm Tool Hitch delivers reliable performance in demanding environments including construction, mining, energy, and maintenance work.

How to Use

1. Lay the tool hitch flat on the ground or a table.

2. Pass one end around the tool near its centre of gravity and loop the D-ring end through to create a choke.

3. For open tools, secure the single arm in place using V-Gripp Tape, avoiding the trigger.

4. Test the connection for strength.

5. Attach a suitable tool tether and anchor to an approved connection point.
