Liner material options

Ceramic — Zirconia
A hard, smooth ceramic wear sleeve provides excellent abrasion resistance and helps reduce friction against compatible piston seals. This can extend liner and piston service life, depending on operating conditions.

Chrome — High-Chrome Sleeve
A forged-steel outer body with a centrifugally cast high-chrome inner sleeve provides a durable metallic liner option for demanding mud-pump applications.

Sizes and availability

Chrome liners are listed in bore sizes from 4½″ to 7½″. Zirconia ceramic liners are listed from 4½″ to 7″; the 7½″ ceramic option is subject to supplier confirmation.

For TPK 1600 pumps, this liner family applies from serial number 47 onwards. Confirm the pump serial number, installed fluid end, liner reference and matching gasket before ordering.
